Description: This is an Incredible vintage 1970's evening dress by Wilson Folmar. It is an ethereal feminine style in a black silk chiffon with exquisite lace trim. It has a stirred shelf bust with wide lace trim, wide lace waist band and blue satin ribbon straps. The skirt is full with lace ruffled trim down the sides, a front side slit to show a little leg and a lace trimmed hem. It is fully lined with a back nylon zipper. It is in new unworn condition with price tag still attached.....but does have a couple of pin holes at the top of each shoulder strap. Measurements lying flat across : Bust 16”, Waist 12”, Hips free, Length 59", Shoulder to waist 15”
