Description: Vintage 1970s Owl Music Trinket Box Plays Music Box Dancer Japan. This music box plays "Music Box Dancer" by Frank Mills. The music box is heart shaped and made of some type of metal that is brass in color, bot sure what the metal actually is though. The top portion with the owls sitting on a log, is ceramic and hand painted with a glossy glaze. When you open the music box, there is a small area to put rings or other tiny trinkets and clear plastic with a gold painted design covering the mechanics of the music box. It is marked Japan on the bottom. The music box measures about 3-1/2" wide x 3-1/4" deep x 3-1/2". No chips or cracks in the ceramic top. Metal is in good condition. Music box plays as it should.
