Description: This is a poor Major Matt that looks like it was found at the bottom of a toy chest. He is very dirty however I cleaned one small area. With some TLC Matt can be restored to original white condition. His arm wires are UNBROKEN while he does have wire breaks at both knees. The wires through the top of his legs are good just like the arms. Nice project for a real Collecter.
