Description: GREAT ANTIQUE 1952 PHILCO 52-944 AM/FM TUBE RADIO Restored. Working well. Brown Bakelite cabinet-No cracks. Works well. This radio sounds great and has excellent reception. Condition is Used. Restored, aligned, capacitors replaced. Tubes checked/replaced. This AM/FM radio has seen the days and is still in action. It's a great old radio. The Brass and Marbled rich brown cabinet is a nice show piece. Tuning works well as do the volume and band switch. Tunes the full AM and FM band. It does need an included external FM dipole antenna to receive FM stations. The antenna is packed with the radio in the bubble wrap. 12.25 x 7.5 x 7.5 inches Differences in the color are because I wanted to show the marbling grain. The darker pictures represent the true tone of the cabinet. Old radios are sold as is without any guarantee due to their age. I test them thoroughly and check one last time before packing.
