Description: A unique vintage women's hat, called a whimsy. Just a lightweight bit of black netting, to sit on top of the head (pinned in place), trimmed with a large loopy bow made of rolled chiffon fabric, and black velvet dots. The ends of the bow are shown correctly, to end over the forehead in the front. There is a faint seam in the back. In excellent vintage condition, it is perfectly wearable. No tears in the netting. Could probably be steamed, to get some creases out of the netting if desired. No size tag or brand. A unique addition to a vintage outfit. Please see measurements below.
