Description: Vintage 1950's Murano Glass lamp by Alfred Barbini featuring vertical ribs, gold flecks and encased bubble design on a white background. Pictures do not do this piece justice. The glass portion measures approximately 15.50 inches tall and 6.50 inches in diameter. The entire lamp measures approximately 23.50 inches tall from the bottom of the base to the top of the light socket. A harp and shade of your choosing adds about another foot in height to the lamp. This fantastic piece is a 3 way lamp, the base lights up as well as the top. You can have the top and bottom lit at the same time or independently if you wish. The lighted base gives off the perfect glow for evenings. The glass is in wonderful condition with no chips, cracks or dings. The brass tone sections have typical wear consistent with age, oxidation, pitting, etc. Cord is discolored and or dirty. Harp and shade are NOT included. This listing is for the lamp only without the harp and shade. This lamp turns on and off but with all vintage electrical items, please have it inspected by your electrician before using.
