Bottom has wear-label sticker was peeled off and traction pads are no longer there. Light rusting in screw. Price reflects this. Exact brand is unknown-but from 1950s. Measures about 13” tall and base is about 5” wide-perfect for a standard paper towel roll. Manufacturer created with three seperate slabs of marble (which is standard for this design), so there is a clear line between base, and in the middle of paper towel rod.
