Vintage 1950-60's Sterling Silver Handcrafted Modernist Dangle Pierced Earrings

Description: These are a rare vintage pair of handcrafted 925 sterling silver Modernist dangle drop pierced earrings. I was told from the owner that these are from around 1950's to 1960's. I really wish I knew who the maker was, because they are just so unique! These earrings measure approximately a total of 3 3/8" L including the wire, or about 2 7/8" L if you measure just the bottom dangle. The wire is stamped 925. These earrings have an Arts & Crafts look to them. The Arts & Crafts period took place around 1900. The Modernist period ran from about 1940's until the 1960's and was considered by many to be a reinterpretation of the Arts & Crafts period. These earrings weigh approximately 12G. They are stunning!! I sell on Ebay because I enjoy going to auctions, estate sales, and finding unique items. Most things are from my own collection. I'm not an expert by any means. I will try to give you accurate information and take good pictures of the items. Also, because a lot of my items are from estate sales I won't always know if they are from a "smoking" or "non-smoking" home, or whether they have pets or not. I do not always get to clean the jewelry, although I try. If any item has a flaw I will do my best to point it out in the description and pictures.
