Description: Vintage 1940's Hassenfeld Bros. Toyville Dolly's Nurse Kit Some scratches/age discoloration to case. I originally thought there was some pen marks on the lady on the lid but I actually think it is in the design and supposed to be netting on her hat (photo 7). Some of the original pieces are missing on the inside but the ones that are included do not look like they were ever played with. Still has the original cardboard packaging pieces (photo 11)See photos for measurements.
