Vintage 1940's Handcrafted Mother of Pearl "Anna" Souvenir Sweetheart Pin Brooch

Description: This is a vintage handcrafted mother of pearl & gold tone wire "Anna" sweetheart souvenir pin brooch. These pins were very popular during WWII and were sometimes given to wives, mothers or girlfriends. Some of the pins would have the branch of the military the man was in. This pin measures a little over 2" X 5/8". It is very pretty!! I sell on Ebay because I enjoy going to auctions, estate sales, and finding unique items. Most things are from my own collection. I'm not an expert. I will try to give you accurate information and take good pictures of the items. Also, because a lot of my items are from estate sales I won't always know if they are from a "smoking" or "non-smoking" home, or whether they have pets or not. I do not always get to clean the jewelry, although I try. If any item has a flaw I will do my best to point it out in the description and pictures. If I miss something or if you have any questions please let me know. Any props I use in pictures or coins for sizing are not included in the sale. Also, I use a 15" necklace display, so that gives you an idea about size. I started to collect vintage jewelry because I love it!
