Description: This true Vintage wedding dress belonged to Natalie's mother, a Connecticut native, seen here on her wedding day in 1939. All original, cleaned, but some slight discolorations remain, not very noticeable. Some minor repairs made to lost stitches. The train is very long, as is the veil. Satin covered buttons up the entire back and on the Mutton sleeves. The neckline is sweetheart style, very flattering. On several places on the skirt are appliques of satin ribbons and bows. The accompanying original bridal cap is in good condition, but the veil is disintegrating and will need replacement.
