Description: Vintage souvenir figure of the Trylon and Perisphere from the New York World's Fair in 1939 that is made of red Bakelite with some butterscotch swirling. Unsigned, maker unknown. The Trylon and base are made of Bakelite or Catalin and the Perisphere appears to be painted wood. Has NY World's Fair decal on the front of the base, which is highly faded or mostly worn off. Neat little figure measures just over 3 inches tall. Very good condition with no breaks or damage. There is a mold variation at one end and some small spots of paint wear to the the Perisphere. Refer to the photos for a better idea of the style and condition, you will receive the exact souvenir that is pictured.
