Description: Vintage late 1920s early 1930s black rayon day dress, bias cut at waist and hips, flared skirt. Snaps on the side for closure, belt with art deco probably celluloid buckle. There is very light discoloration at arm pits and a small hole, see photos, and the are some holes in the skirt, voluminous folds of skirt cover it up for the most part but please review photos. There are some white marks on the back side of the skirt, doesn't show on front side, see photo.
