Description: Hi, I sell more than collectables, I sell stories. Read if you want detailed information or just look at the detailed photos. DescriptionSomething a bit different-might appeal to more than just Zeppelin and Airship Collectors. This is a 1920 Catalog for kitchen and home type products from "Our Field Is The World" and sold through a retailer called F.W. Seastrand from S. Manchester Conn. It is adorned with some great graphics like an airship, early airplane, a mail ship, trains, wagons, horses and cars. HistoryThis came out of a long-time collector of all things airships and Zeppelins. I wasn't quite sure what it was until I opened the catalog. It is chock full of early 1900s kitchen products and household products. It reminds me of a small Sears catalog. On the cover's top left corner is a small red loop made of string. Next to it is printed "Hang Me Up". This was a catalog of one wholesale distributor based out of Buffalo N.Y. The catalog was produced and mailed out to retailers across the country with no name on the bottom. The retailer then had their company name printed onto the cover. You can tell that the ink and font are a tad different than what is printed at the top. If you flip through this catalog, you will see what life was like for a family in the 1920s. Some of the products are nifty ideas like a burglar alarm as I show in one of my photos. I took several photos of the products inside the catalog. Ok, why add this to your collection? Just because it is different and it will be one of only three on the internet. My research showed one over seas for around $113.00 plus overseas shipping and then one stateside for $16.00, both in horrible shape with tears and part of the cover pages eaten through by bugs. I don't think this one ever saw the light of day. It has one small fold (hardly can see) on the back cover lower left. The back of the catalog also has "Factory to Kitchen" printed on it. I love this nostalgic little book. So will you! Shipping: Read if you want to see my funnier side or just trust me! I take my shipping seriously. If you have ever purchased from me in the past, you will know that. Paper goods and photos are sent completely surrounded by acid free archival quality papers and/or acid free PVC free Polypropylene bags and covers. This cost me well spent money. I also use a variety of recycled and new packaging including boxes and mailers. I try not to profit on my shipping. Please do not misinterpret my shipping charges. I take my time when packing anything anyone buys. I don't rush it, but at the same time, I don't overdue it. I hand select packaging materials that will not only protect the items value but will protect it during shipping. By placing a bid or buying it outright, you agree to any method I use to pack your item, new or used shipping material as I see fit. What is the best thing about my packaging? They are easy to open! How many times have you received a package only to spend ten minutes trying to open it without destroying the contents!!! No extra tape, glue, staples, or my worst fear, items shoved between two pieces of cardboard with tape on every edge requiring a surgeon's scalpel to open it!!! I will ship this anywhere for $5.99. I do offer extra options for shipping at checkout. This is a new store for me but I have been on Ebay for over 26 years with perfect feedback. I will be adding many more Zeppelin, Airship and Aviation related photos, postcards and a variety of relics over the next few days, weeks and months. Check back with me every week to see what I have added. Please contact me first with any issues. Thanks for looking!!! The Fine Print...Blah...blah...blah...
