Description: This is a beautiful vintage KEEN KUTTER, 2-blade SLEEVE BOARD 1/2 whittler knife made between 1870 - 1940 based on the tang stamp. It measures 3-3/8"in the closed position. Both blades are near full with some scratches and the very tip on the main blade is chipped, could be filed to shape. Both blades do sit in the right position open and closed and are razor sharp! The main clip blade tang is stamped KEEN KUTTER with their Emblem stamp. Both blades have great hard snap, like a big bear trap! The smaller blade also has a hard locking 90-degree 1/2 stop. The handles are beautiful, jigged bone with no chips or cracks and brass pins and brass liners. It has shiny nickel silver pinned Federal shield and beautiful scratch and ding free front and rear nickel silver bolsters. This is a very nice and tight vintage KEEN KUTTER 2 blade Sleeve Board 1/2 Whittler that came from a large collection I am listing. knife that would make a get collectible for any collection.
