The lithograph offered here has the same dimensions as the original, 13 3/4 x 10 1/8 in (35 x 25.9 cm.). A certificate of authenticity (COA) is mounted on the back. The original was drawn by Vincent van Gogh in 1888 using reed pen and brown ink over pencil on paper. The original piece sold in 2022 for $3.78 million USD. Vincent Willem van Gogh (1853-1890) was a Dutch Post-Impressionist painter who is among the most famous and influential figures in the history of Western art. In just over a decade, he created approximately 2100 artworks, including around 860 oil paintings, most of them in the last two years of his life. His oeuvre includes landscapes, still lifes, portraits, and self-portraits, most of which are characterized by bold colors and dramatic brushwork that contributed to the rise of expressionism in modern art.
