Description: A fine quality Victorian solid silver combined vesta, sovereign and stamp case made by William Neal in 1887. The case of a plain rounded rectangular form with attached suspension ring, two hinged gilded compartments, one for matchsticks and other to keep sovereign coins and also a slot to keep postage stamps and with the addition of a silver toothpick and propelling pencil. The front engraved with a contemporary cypher. An absolutely lovely piece which would be a great addition to any collection. A great gift idea.
