Victorian Scrapbook Album Trade Card Die Cut Calendars WISCONSIN ADVERTISING

Description: I have up for sale a wonderful and very interesting Huge Antique Scrapbook Album , actually its an old 1907 Spring and Summer Continental Tailoring Co - Chicago Book which measures 18" x 22" and weighs roughly 15 lbs - thats not a typo, which has a large variety of miscellaneous paper cutouts including some trade cards , die cuts of various sorts including calendars , magazine pages and covers, newspaper cut outs, etc. The items in the book date to approx the 1893 - which is the Horsfords Calendar diecut of a little boy on a sled to approx 1935 which is the last page in the book which has an Easter page cut out most likely from a magazine. There are approx 56 pages in all - all the items are glued on and can not be taken off or they will be damaged. Each page measures approx 16-3/4" x 21-1/2" so this gives you an idea of how large some of the diecuts are. I am not going to describe every page but here is a little run down of the most significant pieces in the book from my perspective. Page 1 features a large full page diecut with advertising from the Alfred Neubauer Hardware Store in Winneconne, Wis - Page 2 has a fantastic diecut calendar from 1908 for Grand Union Tea Co . - Page 4 features an advertising diecut from the M. A. Sarley Co General Merchandise - Split Rock , Wi - Page 10 has what I believe are cutouts from an old Platt Book for Winnebago County - Page 11 features a diecut calendar fro the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Co - Page 12 has a wonderful large diecut for Fairbanks Morse for the 1904 Louisiana Purchase Exposition - Page 14 has a large Boy Scout Merit Badge cutout from , i believe the Milwaukee Journal. Page 20 has features a little girl on the world globe - Page 37 & 38 has homes for each month of 1933 - not sure where they came out of - Page 51 has a Fantastic Large Diecut with Advertising from the Union Star Cheese Factory - Fremont, Wisconsin Henry Metzeg Proprietor . The last page is a large cutout from Easter 1935. If you are truly interested in the book and need more pics please message me . I will package and ship fully insured. Due to the large size of the book I very well may have to special order a box unless I am lucky enough to find one in my storage . Some of you might consider this a high price but I look at it like this there are basically 56 pages - at $10 a page , that's not a bad deal . I didn't get it cheap myself as I purchased it years back at a local onsite auction and another collector find it nearly as interesting as I do. As stated some of these diecuts were trimmed or what have you . i do not believe that many of them could be safely removed but once its yours - you can do anything that you please. ONLY THROW OUT THE BOXES AND PACKAGING AFTER YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM OR ITEMS AND FIND NO DAMAGE other than what may be noted in the condition report or shown in the pics. IN THE RARE EVENT YOU RECEIVED THE ITEM AND IT IS DAMAGED -CONTACT ME ASAP - KEEP THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS JUST AS THE ITEM ARRIVED AS THEY WOULD BE NEEDED TO HELP PROCESS THE INSURANCE CLAIM. YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO HELP WITH THE INSURANCE CLAIM . SAVE THE BOX AND ALL PACKAGING ,PICS OF THE OUTER BOX AND INNER BOX , AND OF THE DAMAGED ITEM WOULD BE REQUIRED. WITHOUT THESE PICS, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND IF I CAN NOT PROCESS THE CLAIM - YOUR HELP IS REQUIRED. THIS IS PART OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN IT COMES TO DAMAGE.
