Description: Heres a very unique piece from the tyrant dinosaur king of the cretaceous tyrannosaurus rex! This colossal vertebra was found in the Hell Creek Formation of Eastern Montana. Teeth are usually the most typical of tyrannosaur material, but even less offered are truely giant bone specimens from tyrannosaurus rex. This is a GIANT dorsal vertebra is from a huge adult specimen in as found condition from the field. The specimen is very heavy and if desired can still be further cleaned off with dental tools as it is quite sandy with matrix in some areas. This specimen needs to be handled with care as while the sand naturally flakes off if handled to roughly so can tiny bits of bone but its completely fine when put on display. I've had this in my collection for many years but now it is time to make space for something new so now this unique and hard to acquire monster vertebra piece is now available!
