Description: Very nice rare Chein toy. Works pretty well when wound. Probably could use a well placed drop of oil but I’m not sure where so you can do that. Runs at least a minute. 2 propellers are 1/2 missing. Colors are bright and there’s mild scratches. Pretty nice example. 18” tall.
