Description: Up for sale is a very nice Van Meter “Elite” bamboo fly rod. This rod is 7’ 6” long and it will handle 5-6wt fly lines just fine. I believe Van Meter rods were built by Fred DeBell using Wright & McGill Granger and Phillipson components. With that being said, this rod is in great shape and it looks very lightly used. Both the cork handle and the bamboo are rather clean. The ferrules fit tight. Comes with a sock. Please see all of the photos and thank you for looking.
