Valkyrie 532 is significantly more powerful than typical 532nm lasers— it is similar to our 520nm Valkyrie in power output, but with a tight, perfectly round Gaussian beam profile. This is a DPSS laser rather than direct-diode, so it works by frequency-doubling an infrared laser through a crystal. This is a quite strong laser; the power is enough to make the beam visible even in a well lit room - it can pop a balloon or light a match easily, when focused down to a point. Valkyrie is also designed to be compatible with standard 1.5mm by 6mm glow vials.
