These hat buttons' manufacturer is Scovill Manufacturing Company of Waterbury, Connecticut and are old new stock and they were never issued or used. These dress blues hat buttons are 25 Line Type XIII silver plated oxidized in this set. These cap buttons were found in my travels and is being brought to the greater work through this eBay listing.
