Description: Due to new Covid postal procedures, I can on longer combine purchases for patches as they turn into a parcel which now costs a minimum of $21 to send with a CN22 customs declaration notice attached. I can still however post up to 4 patches in the one envelope for the cost of a letter. Any over this number will have to be processed with a separate postage cost.
