Sadly there’s no certificate or papers or card. I didn’t know anything about this when I bought it. Neither did they. It was in a bin and I’m not sure if I saw if there were any papers or certificates in it. When I looked it up, there are a few very similar and two have the same fonts and position in where it’s placed. I just wanted the flag for my house in the future until I realized what it was.
