Description: I have not personally seen a lot of offset errors, but this is the strongest I have seen. Not exactly a true plate block as the right selvage is missing. but there is a plate number ((26806) perforations are all strong. The big issue is that it appears the stamps may have been stored in a location with high humidity, and as a result the gum is disturbed. There are no thins, but on three of the four stamps there are tiny bits of paper attached to the stamps from whatever paper the stamps were sitting on. And none of the four have a full glossy appearance on the gummed side. Never hinged. The third photo shows what parts of the gum is glossy and what is disturbed. The darker areas are the glossy parts. On the plus side, the face side the stamps are undamaged and fairly well centered. Check out all the photos. This comes from a non-smoking household, but I am not the original owner. I can combine shipping but write before making payment so I can send an adjusted invoice.
