This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration, reddish ink stain on the front); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed, edges rough in many areas and oddly cut - part of the note above is showing); many edge indents/nicks (if any tears exist they are small); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); no holes that I could see.
