This note is heavily circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - areas of damage exist); overall staining and dark areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, areas of discoloration, areas of foreign substance); heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/damaged in many areas and perhaps oddly cut); many edge indents/nicks (many tears exist and some are larger); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); if any holes exist they are small; pieces missing due to heavy wear and damage.
