The bear carving has glass eyes and is very well carved. The piece measures just over 10” long x 6” tall x 6” wide. Interestingly, there is a small paper tag/label/stamp on the base in between the large “stump” and the bark on which the bear stands—very small print. I don’t know if this is a maker’s stamp or a purveyor’s id from Switzerland or perhaps Germany (see photo). Good condition with some bark losses (please examine photos). QUESTIONS?
