For any small cosmetic flaws, I recommend Porc-A-Fix which comes in every color of the Kohler rainbow. It is a fingernail polish-like product that can be used to touch up scratches or scuffs, or to fill in small cracks or chips. What items sold for “new at the time” does not matter. Items are priced according to their rarity and the expense and time it took for me to obtain them. Please do not contact me simply to point out that I’m selling something above what the retail price was. I am aware and it matters not. Toilets do not come with seats, bolt caps, supply lines, wax rings, or anything else unless specified. Sinks do not include faucets, supply lines, mounting brackets or any other accessories unless specified. When purchasing a toilet, whether used or new old stock, you are buying the ceramic shell of the toilet. Internal tank parts, seats, bolt caps, and other necessary hardware will most likely need to be replaced and purchased at your expense. Please read item descriptions carefully for specific details. I rescued this from a warehouse where it had been sitting for almost 20 years after being used as a showroom display back in the late 90s/early 2000s. Please zoom in on the pictures, there's no evidence of water ever being in the tank or bowl for any extended amount of time. It can probably use a very thorough cleaning, as I only sprayed it with 409. It will be stored in a barn with a dirt floor so will need to be cleaned before installation. It's probably going to need new internal tank parts simply due to age. The flush lever is pitted due to age. The toilet seat is the original that came with it and simply due to being stored unprotected for two decades, it has a few scratches and a few gouges, and the color is also faded. The bolt caps couldn't be located so there are no bolt caps included. As you can tell by the upside down picture, there's never been a wax ring or any mounting whatsoever. The discoloration around the ring is due to the ceramic having casting flaws and being jagged, therefore sitting on a concrete floor for 20+ years, it picked up some stains and discoloration. The color (as verified from my official Kohler color chip) is RASPBERRY PUREE which is a -53 color code. This color is no longer made and neither is this toilet style. It's not a comfort height and it's not a water saver either. It DOES NOT come with bolt caps. It is a San Martine toilet, model K-3435, it was manufactured in 1998 and is in near perfect cosmetic condition. I only see a couple minor casting flaws (on the bottom) and a couple very faint marks on the tank lid. I do store items in a barn with a dirt floor and no access to water, therefore this will be dirty and will need cleaned again prior to installation.
