Three colorful verses. Taken directly from an antique songbook published in 1906, these are two beautiful, cream-colored pages lightly tinged with the golden burnish that comes only with the passing years. This song appears on the front of two pages so you can see the whole thing at once for framing. On the reverse of the first page is the Alma Mater for the University of Chicago, which begins "Tonight we gladly sing the praise of her who owns us as her sons..." This original song sheet is over a century old, yet looks fabulous. Song credits at top: "Words by Frank Steigmeyer. Arranged by James Kendrick."
