Description: Measures 7 7/8" in diameter and stands 1 5/8" high. Minimal wear to the platinum trim and decal transferware. There's a couple brown raised bumps, pin-head size or smaller, you can see them in the first and 2nd photos in the 8:00 position. The piece has crazing as does a lot of this soft pottery from the 50s. No chips, cracks, repairs, or stains. The soft paste and glaze just wasn't designed to be around for 80+ years. But it is. Marked on the base as shown. Really nice pattern, I like how the variations in colors have held up so well after all these years! Probably a soup or salad bowl, but personally I'd rather have a hot fudge brownie sundae sitting in this puppy waiting for me! From a smoke-free pet-free home.
