Description: Two vintage Garrit Rietveld style zig zag chairs painted white with stenciled multi color letters and numbers. These chairs (plywood construction in the late 1980s/early 90's and painted black) were purchased for the purpose of experimenting with a spray finish process and to practice and develop a new stencilling technique by the owner of this shop who is also a professional woodworker. The chairs have served their purpose and he has learned a lot and has decided to move in another direction with his stencilling work. The chairs are being sold as is. Some condition issues are: a noticeable chip on the edge of one, more plywood chipping on the bottom, some discoloration/yellowing, scratches and dings in a few areas. The seat of one chair is slightly taller than the other. Please examine the detailed pics very carefully. I will be happy to share more pics on request.
