Description: Pair of Paul Hanson Brass and hand painted Porcelain Table Lamps MCM Hollywood Regency(rich color and eclectic with high end materials. Glossy with metallic accents) and Chinoiserie(romantic, theatrical and playful perceptions of life in the Far East) style. These gorgeous lamps are a combination of both styles used by the Paul Hanson company in the MCM time period. They stand 21" high from base to where light bulb screws in. The base is about 7.5" diameter. The pair have been completely rewired with new materials. These stunning lamps were manufactured sometime between 1940 and 1960 by the Paul Hanson Lighting company(in business from 1920 to 1970's) in New York and known for high quality products. The electrical work was manufactured by the Leviton company which was at the time, the largest electrical wiring company in North America. Their name is impressed into the very tops of the lamps where the light bulbs screw in. Also impressed with 250W. There are no official makers marks on this pair of lamps regarding Paul Hanson that I can readily find. The pair of lamps are in excellent condition and work perfectly. No flaws or damage. **They do not come with light bulbs or lamp shades. Together these lamps weigh about 14lbs, 15 oz. All of my listings are clean and stored in smoke free home and closet.
