A number of pages have shallow diagonal creases in the upper and lower fore-edge corners. Edges at head and tail of spine are chipped. Back spine fold has a 4 1/2" vertical crack from the tail; Front spine fold has 1 7/8" vertical crack from the head. Lower gutter separation of 2 1/2" at pp. 126-127.
