These are coolers that are manufactured specifically for the medical community and pharmacy community for obvious reasons. If "express shipping" is not selected by you for perishable orders at the time you place your order, your order may not arrive frozen but will still arrive either frozen/partially frozen or very cold and will still be extremely safe and may be refrozen upon delivery. Our "no returns or refunds on grocery items" refund/return apply to all perishable orders as well.
