It's is new and sealed with some storage wear.All photos are of the actual item you will receive. It is 100% authentic and been stored safely for decades!It is limited edition number 479 of 1,000 units made. It is also the retro card design instead of the black and blue design made for other 20th anniversary figures.The plastic holding the figure is a bit crunched in the upper side, which I took an up close photo of and circled so you can see it. It is sealed very nicely to the card still. There is also a bump/small tear to one side edge and a couple creases in the upper left front corner area. I noticed a smudge of sorts too, very light, in one corner. I took a photo of it but it's faint. It might be able to be cleaned off but I didn't want to risk trying. It's just a random spot but doesn't seem to affect the card or paperstock and is barely noticeable unless you're looking for it. There are up close photos of all the flaws.The card was flat until I took it out of storage recently and it curved a bit from how it was being stored out of the storage box. I believe if the sides were left under some books for a little bit, it'd likely flatten out again. It is not warped and doesn't have water damage or anything of that sort. It simply curved up once taken out of the storage box since it was no longer held flat against other figures that were helping to keep it's shape inside the storage box. I thoroughly checked all of the components and see no other damage than what is stated above.Please see the pictures as part of the description and judge them for yourself.
