Telex digital couplers are included, but will need to be reinstalled (someone disconnected them). From the manufacturer’s web site: Model: The frame and the main part of the body are constructed of die-cast metal. The locomotive has Telex couplers and a DCC decoder. It also has a powerful can motor, centrally mounted. 4 axles powered through cardan shafts. 2 Traction tires. The headlights and marker lights are maintenance-free LEDs. The headlights and marker lights will work in conventional operation and can be controlled digitally. The locomotive has engineer's cab interior details in relief. It also has separately applied grab irons. Additional steps are included. The locomotive has NEM coupler pockets. Length over the buffers 16.4 cm / 6-1/2".
