Description: Here is a nice tall round embossed quarter pint or one gill milk bottle from the Somers Creamery Co. Company Dairy Farm Dairy Farms Farm Dairy Farms Dairy Farm dairy farm that once was operated and located in historic Somers CT Conn. Connecticut in Tolland Co. County MA. The front says, "Somers Creamery Company B. M.". The back says, "Mass. T. Seal". This authentic milk bottle is very old and is in good condition with no cracks, but does have a minor ding on the bottle of the bottle as a few minor chips inside the lip of the bottle and some minor casewear and cloudiness as seen in the pictures. A nice addition for the collector of Somers CT. Conn. Connecticut or Tolland Co. County CT milk bottles. I have been told that this is a hard to find milk bottle from Somers CT. Quarter pint or gill milk bottles were used for bottling heavy cream. The B.M. stands for Ball Mountain Milk per the Directory of CT Milk Bottles. Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution
