Topcon Tamron Adaptall Or Adaptamatic Adapter F/ Re Super, Super D, Super Dm

Description: Purchased by myself as a photographic resale item because it was very useful. Item: The mysterious adapter mounts to a Topcon re super, super D, and Super Dm lens flange. The adapter mounts by aligning red dots and turning a 57mm diameter ring to screw into a thread of fine machining inside a Tamron lens? All the data levers are present for auto tamron( topcon) lenses. TO= Topcon code. Tamron made four different mounting systems for their lens, this must be either adaptamatic or adaptall. It came off a badly broken Bushnell 200/3.5 lens made by Tamron. Serial # was no.tam 194634. Study the photos, if you know what Tamron system design this is, please tell me???
