PACKAGING: I sometimes get questions about why I charge a bit more money for shipping, and the answer really shows up at your door. All of that costs a few bucks extra, in addition to the cheaper shipping options. I am pricing this book based on the fact that it is a 1st Edition & 1st Printing, that it is just 3 years old now, and because it is in really great shape overall, in my humble opinion (again don't take my word for it, look at the images I provided).
