So, I lose the packaging, time, shipping charges back and forth and the utmost aggravation. All this is total disregard that I've been selling on ebay for over 23 years and received the highest marks possible! International shipping: I can certify the date it was shipped BUT I CAN'T SAY HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO BE DELIVERED as that's up to the Postal Services.
