The back reads Siskiyou Buckle Co., Inc. Williams, Oregon. 1986. Limited Edition. Ben and Cal Calmenson. It measures approximately 3 and 1/2" by 2 and 1/2". The loop is 1 and 3/4". Nice. My Buckles are mostly vintage and could have tarnish, wear, scuffs, or scratches, I try to note this for you.
