Description: Tiffany & Co. 18k White Gold and Diamond Paloma Picasso Crown of Heart Pendant. This was part of the Paloma Picasso Crown of Heart Design available early 2000 and has since been discontinued and is extremely hard to find. See the photos as an extended description and condition of this lovely necklace. I have several photos up close of the pendant details and markings with a ruler for approximate size. I had the necklace lengthened from 16" to 18" at Tiffany's and have attached a copy of the receipt. The Tiffany blue box and black presentation box shown are included. The pendant features a bezel set 0.10ct approx Round Brilliant Diamond surrounded by a Circle of 18k White Gold Hearts. This is attached to the 18"inch 18k White Gold chain and is non removable.
