It prefers to grow in full sun to part shade with average water needs. Zones 9-11 Germination Soak seeds overnight. Sow seeds 1/4" deep and lightly cover with soil. Keep moist in a bright spot. Do not cover with plastic and keep temperatures around 70F. Germination can be slow.
