Please be aware, with the motorized trains, most are 15-25 years old, and therefore the motors may go limp if not turned on every few days. Just because the train is not operating as soon as you receive it does not mean it is broken. Confirm you are using the correct battery 🔋 and that it has sufficient charge. If the train is still inoperable, firmly bang the bottom of the train right-side-up onto a hard surface (such as a counter or floor) lifting the train about 4-5 inches from the ground. Repeat several times until the train becomes operable.
