Description: The Works of Alfred Lord Tennyson 10 Volumes. 1870 pocket size “leatherette” covers – in good condition; bindings are tight but faded, though the printing is quite legible, and in some the binding is slightly cocked. The volumes are purple in color with still vivid green inside both covers and on free endpapers (beautiful). All front covers have some level of fading and one is slightly wrinkled above the embossed emblem. The interiors are tight and clear; the only flaw being penciled owner’s signatures on each half-title page.
