This 643 page hard-cover book measures approximately 5.75 by 8.625 inches in size. It has light blue cloth covers with a dark blue spine, with the front cover stamped in dark blue, and the spine stamped in gold. The book was published by The Viking Press, of New York, in 1958. The hard cover book is in great vintage condition, with no missing or torn pages, no writing on any of the pages, and minimal soiling and wear. Included is the original dust wrapper, which is in great condition as well, although there is some chipping to the paper along the folds. The dust jacket has a clear plastic protective sleeve, which can easily be removed if desired. At this time I am also selling the companion Volume I, and will combine shipping, if both volumes are purchased and mailed at the same time. Terms: All sales final. Paypal only.
