So ... if you are indeed old enough - or, you know old enough - but still! young at heart !! ... then, it is very likely that you can well-remember when this little ' project ' went down in Grateful Deadheadland - way back in 1985 !!! There are Eleven ( 11 ) Magnificent ! Tracks on this CD - the Original Soundtrack Recording ! And, at least in the opinion of myself ... this Incredible & Spacey release is really the Ultimate ! Halloween album -- well, you know that along with the Soundboard Cassette Masters of 10/31/1985 ! Ha !! Just a little inside-joke here, which ... I sure hope you get. So ... the History on this release is really kind of cool - as Rod Sterling, the Creator of The Twilight Zone Series ... had made this series take-off ! in Europe, etc. in the Early-'60's. But, in bringing this TV Series to the U.S. in the early 1980's - they felt that going with a musical sign of the times might just give this Series the extra ' Zoom & Zip ' that it needed ! So ... what better a way of getting Spacey & Cool ... then having the Grateful Dead do the Music ! So, yep - That ! is what happened - and, what you have herein is the Musical Soundtrack from the episodes during 1985 all the way up until 1986 ! I mean this release is just-Awesome ! It's essential to the serious music listener, and is an absolute must-have for any serious Music Collector ! Wow ...
