Description: Research Recordings 12-inch 33 RPM LP # GTL-1953 is "The Search for Bridey Murphy, Experiment No. 1", featuring interview between Morey Bernstein and his hypnotized subject, Ruth Simmons, about the latter's alleged previous life in Ireland. The narrator is Richard Janaver. It is undated, but was released in conjunction with Bernstein's book of the same title. The record looks to be visually in about VG+ condition, still nice and shiny, but with a few light scuffs and scratches. It plays well on my Audio-Technica turntable, with no skips or jumps, but some typical light background crackle, and some occasional clicks or pops or ticking. Because of variations in tracking ability, filtering technology and needle weights, I can offer no guarantees as to how well it will play on your equipment. The cover is in solid and functional condition, with the seams all intact, but some very visible dampstaining evidence of water damage, especially along the bottom edge and on either side of the opening.
